JOIN OUR TEAM — K-12 INSTRUCTIONAL COACHING LEAD AND SPECIALISTS

Remote · Federal Education Program · Engagement begins September 2026

 

ZOECONN Consulting Corp, an SBA-certified Women-Owned Small Business, is assembling a team to deliver a multi-year, role-specific instructional coaching program for a federal K-12 school system. We are seeking a Program Lead and one or more Program Specialists who are passionate about building coaching capacity in school and district leaders.

 

PROGRAM

 

You hold an advanced degree in education, instructional leadership, or a related field, or you are nationally recognized in the instructional coaching field. You have led the implementation of an instructional coaching program across a K-12 school system or district of significant size. You bring proven ability to:

 

  • Build coaching capacity in school-level and above-school-level leaders
  • Design and facilitate professional learning for educators
  • Evaluate professional learning impact using established models such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick
  • Familiarity with blended coaching approaches is a strong plus.

 

PROGRAM SPECIALIST

 

You hold an advanced degree in a relevant field and bring demonstrated experience coaching coaches, along with the design and facilitation of professional learning focused on coaching in a K-12 setting.

 

WHAT TO KNOW

 

  • Location: Remote, performed from your own location
  • Engagement: May be structured as employment or contract depending on fit; we are prioritizing candidates open to a W-2 arrangement for the program period
  • Eligibility: US citizenship is required

OPENINGS FOR Cyber Security Engineer.

As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be responsible for performing various routine project tasks related to specialized cybersecurity problems. You will be involved in integrating electronic processes and methodologies to resolve total system problems or technology problems related to cybersecurity requirements. You will analyze information security requirements and apply analytical and systematic approaches in resolving workflow, organization, and planning issues. In addition, you will provide security engineering support for the planning, design, development, testing, demonstration, and integration of information systems.

OPENINGS FOR DevOps Engineer.

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for implementing an architecture for continuous integration and deployment, monitoring, and administering complex technology implementations in a product-centric environment. They will execute Scrum Agile methodology and implement DevOps methodologies at the project level. The successful candidate will have experience with containerization technologies and deploying and configuring DevOps services using infrastructure.

Business System Analyst

We are seeking an expert in specific business processes who will be responsible for formulating systems scope and objectives relative to our organization’s business plan and industry requirements. As a member of our project team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance concerning the business implications of applying various systems.

Data Visualization

The Data Visualization Developer will be responsible for developing visualizations to manipulate medium-complexity datasets in simple, intuitive, interactive formats. The developer will independently design and create data visualizations to provide actionable insights for addressing strategic and tactical mission objectives. The developer will work iteratively with the business community to gather requirements and develop enterprise-level visualizations using agile methods.

Data Architecture

The data architect will be responsible for designing and building relational databases, developing data acquisition strategies, implementing databases, and working in a data warehouse environment. They will translate business needs into long-term architecture solutions, design and build dimensional databases, evaluate hardware and software platforms, integrate systems, and evaluate the reusability of current data for additional analyses. The Data Architect will also review object and data models and the metadata repository to structure the data for better management and quicker access.
